First of all, let us explain why we call this the Island At Rock Creek. The Island at Rock Creek is only accessible by entering over one of two highway rated bridges bringing you to our secluded 37 acre paradise. Once development is complete gates be will installed at our two entrances to maximize privacy.

The western boundary of the entire development faces Rock Creek itself. In fact, town home owners and creek side lot buyers own to the high water mark on the western bank of Rock Creek. The eastern boundary is the 300 foot high sandstone rim known as the east bench. The northern boundary is a wood area separating the Island from Coal Miners park.
